Meditation
Class starts with gentle stretches and lots of breath work to center. We use malas and mantra to help build concentration, then focus on stillness to really deepen the experience. Class ends with a guided meditation to completely relax and renew the mind. This class is wonderful for those who have never experienced meditation as well as more advanced students.
Slow Flow
The perfect balance of flowing and holding. You will be guided to transition from pose to pose in a mindful, strong and deliberate way. Certain poses will be held a little longer to find the correct alignment- giving you time to really sink into the pose and focus on breath. This slower pace is a great opportunity to find purposeful engagement and move into more subtle layers of the practice.
Strong Flow
This is an energetic and upbeat class with a lot of movement. You will deepen your practice with a dynamic and strong flow intended to strengthen and tone. Lots of flowy movements to build heat while opening the body. All levels are warmly welcomed with plenty of room to make the practice your own. Be ready to sweat and challenge yourself but also relax and have fun!

Chakras are energy centers within our bodies where our life force energy flows. When they become blocked we can experience emotional and physical ailments. This class focuses on healing by balancing these energy centers. Each week we will explore different chakras learning how poses and breathing techniques work to create balance. Students will be given a clear understanding of how this balance directly relates to our wellbeing mentally and physically.
Spirit Flow
This class is a total healing experience. We will work with different energy each week such as the chakras, the 4 directions of the medicine wheel, ahimsa, deeply releasing, intention setting, moon healing, etc. A moderate flow style infused with elements of shamanic healing, ayurveda, sacred ceremony, sound healing, meditations, aromatherapy, and more. This class is wonderful for all levels and anyone looking to dive deeper into the spiritual side of yoga. Each class will be very unique as we explore the beauty of yoga in many different ways.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a deeply healing practice that works to release tight fascia allowing energy to flow more freely. The class is done completely on the floor, allowing you to relax and ground. Stretchy, rejuvenating poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the benefits to truly sink in. This practice is as much for your mind as it is for your body. You will leave feeling clearer and calmer, as well as more open and comfortable in your body.
