Kundalini Yoga & Gong Bath

Kundalini yoga is a practice of yoga and meditation for health, happiness, and awareness. The practice combines postures (asanas), movement, sound (mantra), breath (pranayama) and meditation. It assists in breaking through mental blocks and quieting the mind to bring you into the present moment and allow you to experience your highest self.
Class will end with a gong bath to rejuvenate mind, body, and soul. The vibration of the gong connect us to feelings of relaxation and pure bliss. You will leave feeling balanced, nourished, and peaceful.
This class is led by Genevieve H. She has a beautiful teaching style and leads classes in MA and NY. She received her 200 hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training from Kundalini Yoga East in NYC. And also has certifications in Hatha and Restorative Yoga. She pours her heart into every class and loves creating a community open for everyone to experience.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. It is recommended to bring a cushion for the seated portion.
Sign up is required. Space is limited to 8 people, spaced about 4 feet apart.
