This program is designed to guide you into creating a more mindful lifestyle. Each day, you will spend around 10-20 minutes cultivating a mindfulness practice. The series includes guided meditations, tarot readings, distance healing, sacred rituals, and more. We will make moon medicine, learn different meditation techniques and methods for manifestation. You will work to calm your mind, set each day up with intention, and create a life of empowerment and self love!

How you will receive information-
Supplies can be either mailed to you or we can schedule a pick up/ drop off. The course will start the monday after you recieve your kit (or later if you choose). All course material (recordings, videos, written guides) will be emailed to you based on the schedule below. Each days activities will be sent to you the night before so they are ready to use whenever you choose on the following day.
