Private Sessions
Traditionally, yoga and meditation were taught one on one- a teacher passing knowledge directly to a student.
In this way, the practice can be fully catered to the individual. It is a strong way to build off of current knowledge and be given full attention to learn and grow through what you feel most passionate about. 1 on 1 yoga sessions are also a great way to learn to adjust poses to fit your specific body type and any injuries.
Group Privates are a fun way to connect with friends, family or coworkers in a safe, fun and loving environment!
