Yoga Nidra Meditation

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that allows you to move through the energetic layers of the self to access true bliss. In this meditation, you will be guided to the liminal place between wake and sleep where you can experience deep rest and restoration, clear and relax the mind, ease depression and anxiety, and reignite your creativity.
This practice is done entirely laying down. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. It is highly recommended to bring a pillow/bolster, blanket, and a journal!
